The Crown believes it has sufficient evidence to have Russell Wolfe declared a dangerous offender.
Wolfe, 58, pleaded guilty in March to 20 charges, including making child pornography and sexual assault.

He admitted to recording videos of him sexually assaulting young girls over the span of a decade and taking pictures.
A dangerous offender medical assessment was ordered in June.
The Crown feels Wolfe meets the requirements of a dangerous offender and are now seeking the designation, which could result in an indeterminate sentence.
Wolfe was originally arrested in 2014 during a Canada-wide operation that targeted sex offenders.

He originally faced more than 30 charges, but that number was reduced when he pleaded guilty
A hearing date has not been set.
