Investigators are working to determine what caused the crash.

The limo won’t be moved until investigators can confirm it is safe to do so.

“The structure has suffered quite considerable damage and it’s not considered to be habitable at this time,” Surrey RCMP Sgt. David MacDonald said.

“The limousine is actually supporting the structure right now so there is a possibility that the house may collapse or partially collapse when it’s removed.”

RCMP are appealing for witnesses and working with Surrey Fire to relocate the residents of the home.
