Rogers Hometown Hockey to visit St. Thomas

Rogers Hometown Hockey will be making a stop in a southwestern Ontario community.

The two-day festival, which travels coast to coast to tell the unique stories that unite the country through the game of hockey, is coming to St. Thomas.

Hometown Hockey will be in St. Thomas Nov. 18-19, and will feature the local community on the weekly Sunday broadcast of Rogers Hometown Hockey on Sportsnet and Sportsnet NOW.

Live entertainment, local celebrities, and NHL alumni are just a few of the festivities you will be able to find at the weekend event.

Each week ends with an outdoor viewing party of an NHL game broadcast nationally on Sportsnet and hosted by Ron MacLean and Tara Slone.

The free event visits 24 communities from British Columbia to Prince Edward Island.

The tour makes its first stop in Niagara Falls on Oct. 7 and 8, at Niagara Parks’ Queen Victoria Park, and makes it final stop in Montreal on March 31.
