Global News has declared Peter Demong has been re-elected as councillor for Ward 14, according to unofficial election results.
As of 11:44 p.m. on Monday, Demong held 89 per cent of the vote. His only opponent Kelash Kumar had received 10 per cent of the vote.

Peter Demong has represented Ward 14 at city council since being elected in 2010. Now running for his third term in office, Demong is focusing on the issues of parking at LRT stations and protecting community integrity.
