Barcelona aftermath: Family searching for 7-year-old missing in chaos

The family of a British-born boy who went missing during the terror attack is asking anyone in Barcelona to look for him.

Seven-year-old Julian Alessandro Cadman was out with his mom when a van drove through a crowd in the popular tourist destination, Las Ramblas.

Thirteen people died in the terror attack, with more than 100 other injured. A related attack Friday morning at the coastal town of Cambrils, Spain brought the death toll up to 14.

Julian’s grandfather said his daughter-in-law, Julian’s mom, Jom, was located in a hospital in serious but stable condition.

Reports say the pair were in Barcelona for a family wedding.

British Prime Minister Theresa May says the government is doing all it can to help amidst the reports of a child missing, though she didn’t name him.

May told Sky News Britain is “urgently looking into reports of a child believed missing, who is a British dual national.”

Norma Canaveral, Julian’s aunt, told the Telegraph that he was a “lovely, bubbly and sweet” child.

Julian was born in Britain, but moved to Australia when he was three, the newspaper reports. His Australian father was headed to Spain to search for him.
