Canada’s largest live country music and camping festival kicks off in Havelock today.

As crowds began to fill the park grounds, security and EMS were on deck to make sure everyone at the Havelock Jamboree safely has a good time for the next four days.

While emergency calls from the festival have been down over the past few years, Peterborough County paramedics are still available at the event 24-7 with two full-time ambulances.
