Low chlorine means disinfection may not be effective and possible bacteria in the water can cause diarrhea, cramps, nausea, headaches or other symptoms, the release reads. If anyone experiences any of these symptoms and they persist, they should seek medical advice.

The city is working with the Department of Health on the matter and will advise when the boil water order is lifted.
