Here are the 10 most expensive homes in Nova Scotia on the market right now

Nova Scotia has the third most affordable housing market, according to the Canadian Real Estate Market, but if you’re looking to shovel out the money, the Atlantic province has its own fair share of expensive homes to choose from.

The homes are found across the province, but the list put together by Point2Homes.com found six are found right in the provincial capitol.

These are the top 10 most expensive homes in Nova Scotia, according to Point2Homes.com.

1.) 6400 Oakland Rd., Halifax, $10 million

Sitting right on the Northwest Arm in Halifax, this five-bedroom, 10-bathroom home is the most expensive home currently on the market in the province. The 11,800-sq.-ft. home features a reflecting pool, fully-equipped fitness centre with an indoor pool, a games lounge and an executive office. Or if you’re interested in just lounging for the day, the home also has a home theatre with 10-foot screen and popcorn bar.
