A woman is dead following a single-vehicle crash southeast of London.
Members of the Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation police, Oneida EMS, the Chippewas of the Thames fire department and Middlesex OPP responded to a report of a collision at around 9:15 p.m. on Monday on the Oneida Nation of the Thames.
Police say their investigation has determined that the vehicle was travelling southbound on Chippewa Road, north of Jubilee Road when, for an unknown reason, it left the road and struck the east ditch.
The female driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of her family.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
