A newly installed “kindness meter” which raises money for local charities has been stolen from Ivey Park.
Londoner Lincoln McCardle spearheaded the project and the city installed the meters earlier this month.
Change deposited in the refurbished parking meters is collected once a week by the Salvation Army and distributed to local charities.
Aside from the stolen Ivey Park meter, other meters are located in Victoria Park, West Lions Park, Piccadilly Park, and Mitchell A. Baran Park.
