Emergency crews responded to the Kelowna International Airport for the landing of a passenger plane Thursday morning.
The precautionary support from police, fire fighters and paramedics was called in after the airplane’s crew reported a possible landing gear problem.

The Pacific Coastal Airlines flight was en route to Kelowna from Victoria.
YLW said there was no issue with the plane’s landing gear and the flight landed safely just before 10 o’clock.
The flight was scheduled to land at 8:30 a.m., almost an hour and a half earlier.
