Vancouver Police locate elderly man missing since Monday afternoon

Vancouver Police say a missing elderly man has now been found after not being seen since Monday afternoon.

Wa Tsang, 82, was last seen around 3 p.m. in the 1500-block of East 6th Avenue.

He is back home safe and sound.
