Jimmy Buffett to open retirement community ‘Latitude Margaritaville’

Jimmy Buffett has announced his next project, a retirement community in Daytona Beach, Fla., called “Latitude Margaritaville.”

The community is scheduled to open in 2018 and will contain up to 7,000 homes.

The two and three-bedroom homes will be priced from the low $200,000s to mid-$300,000s.

According to a news release, Latitude Margaritaville is for “those looking to live the Margaritaville lifestyle as they grow older, but not up.”
