The man, who was driving a four-door white jeep with a black curved strip on the back panel, asked the two older children if they’d like his dog to take their younger siblings for a ride, police said.

The man was caucasian, aged 40 to 50, with a medium build and wearing a large black sweater and blue jeans, police said. His dog was described as gold with a red body collar.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
