An elderly woman was killed following a single-vehicle crash in an underground garage in west-end Toronto Friday morning.
Toronto police say the incident happened around 7 a.m. in the area of Arcot Boulevard and Tandridge Crescent in Rexdale.
Toronto EMS say an elderly woman was in her car when it collided with a garage door.
She was rushed to hospital with critical injuries and later succumbed to her injuries.

The age and identity of the deceased has not been released.
There’s no immediate word on the cause of the collision.
