Judge Gregory Lenehan issued the decision following the conclusion of a preliminary hearing in Bridgewater provincial court earlier today.
There had been two days set aside for the hearing, but the Crown called all of its eight witnesses in a matter of a few hours.
The trial will begin on December 20.
