Madonna has been making headlines recently for her dance moves and many people have mixed emotions towards her twerking.

The 58-year-old pop icon most recently showed off her newfound twerking skills in a trailer for Carpool Karaoke with James Corden, which airs Wednesday night.

In a segment on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, TV personality Piers Morgan called Madonna’s twerking on the promo “utterly embarrassing,” saying it made him feel physically sick.

Madonna addressed the issue of ageism in a recent interview with BillboardThe Vogue singer said she believes that women experience ageism more than men.

“Age is only brought up with regard to women. It’s connected to sexism, chauvinism and misogyny. When Leonardo [DiCaprio] is 60 years old, no one is going to talk about his relevance,” Madonna said. “Am I relevant as a female in this society that hates women? Well, to people who are educated and are not chauvinists or misogynists, yes.”

“I understand that. ‘Relevance’ is a catchphrase that people throw out because we live in a world full of discrimination,” the singer explained.
