SCOC reserves decision on whether to have Khadr returned to Canada

Canada's chief justice acknowledged Friday that Omar Khadr has "suffered terribly" in detention at Guantanamo Bay, but she questioned whether the Supreme Court of Canada should venture into uncharted territory by ordering the government to seek his return.
