The Saskatoon Blades and Swift Current Broncos completed a trade on Sunday.
The Blades sent Ryan Graham, 20, to the Broncos in exchange for a second-round draft pick in the 2017 Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft along with a conditional fourth-round selection in 2018.

Graham missed the first 13 games of the 2016-17 season due to a lower-body injury. He has one goal, four assists in 11 games this year.
The left winger was the longest standing member of the Bridge City Boys, having played 248 regular season games for Saskatoon with 116 career points. The Calgary native was selected by the Blades 91st overall in the 2011 draft.

With centre Jesse Shynkaruk coming off the injured reserve list, Saskatoon had to make a decision on one of four overage players on their roster.
“Knowing our overage situation, we met with Ryan and both sides agreed a change of scenery for his final season of junior hockey would be beneficial for both Ryan and the Blades,” Blades general manager Colin Priestner said.
“Ryan has been a loyal Blade for over four seasons, and has been a great ambassador for our organization on and off the ice.”

Saskatoon now holds two 1st-round picks, two 2nd-round picks and a 3rd-round pick in the upcoming 2017 WHL Bantam Draft.
“Graham is a player we have had our eye on since the beginning of the season,” Broncos head coach Manny Viveiros said.
“He is a skilled player that we are very excited about and he will help our hockey team. We’re happy to have him on board.”
Graham is expected to make his debut against his former club on Tuesday at the Credit Union i-Plex in Swift Current.
