Longueuil Police believe they have found the body of 16-year-old Louis-David Morisset-Noël.

Police have been searching for the Quebec City teen since he disappeared Sept. 21st while he was visiting family in Montreal.

He was last seen in October in a McDonald’s on Cousineau Boulevard in St. Hubert.

Since then, his social media profiles had been inactive, as well as his bank account.

On Thursday, police intensified their search and set up a command post in front of the restaurant.

On Friday, police combed the woods in St. Hubert’s Parc de la Cité where they found what they believe is the body of the 16-year-old.

Police say they’re still investigating the circumstances around his death, however they don’t believe it was a criminal act.
