There’s been yet another delay for the conduct hearing of a former Osoyoos RCMP officer, accused of disgraceful conduct and making false statements.
Cst. Amit Goyal’s hearing has now been delayed six times. His initial hearing was scheduled in July 2015.

Calls to RCMP have yet to be returned, but when Global News inquired about previous delays, RCMP said they couldn’t comment due to ‘privacy reasons.’
Goyal has been suspended with pay since June 2013 over the misconduct allegations.
