Global News has obtained a video shot by a teenage boy who said he was riding the CTrain Friday afternoon.
The video appears to show a couple with a baby in a confrontation with a man. A heated exchange including racist comments can be heard in the video before the man exits the train.
Global News spoke with the Canadian Cultural Mosaic Foundation who said the video is not surprising.

Global News contacted police and transit officials who both said, while the video is disturbing, there is no crime being committed so no charges will be laid.
