Kanye West’s Saint Pablo tour stop in Inglewood, Calif., came to an abrupt end on Thursday night, more than halfway through the show.
The Life of Pablo rapper stopped his performance on the sixth and final night of his concert at the Forum and announced his voice was too hoarse to continue.
“Turn on the lights, show’s over. I’m so hoarse. I can’t finish the show,” he told the crowd, which caused booing from the audience as he made a long and awkward exit from his levitating platform.

Fans were upset but the rapper reassured the audience that all attendees would get their money back but apparently he should not have done that.
The Famous rapper didn’t have the authority to issue refunds and it’s left Ticketmaster scrambling while concert-goers demand their money back, TMZ reports.
Ticketmaster is working with the Forum to come up with a solution. The company told TMZ their phones have been ringing non-stop since the incident.

Pigeons & Planes points out that several concert-goers have already received full refunds for their tickets.
But it seems that some attendees are still waiting on their refunds.

It appears that Ticketmaster has asked attendees to direct message them on Twitter with their order number for more help, after tweeting at them about their refund.
West also abruptly ended his headlining performance at the debut Meadows Music and Arts Festival in Queens, N.Y., on Oct. 2. “I’m sorry, there’s a family emergency, I have to stop the show,” West announced before leaving the stage. Soon after, news broke that his wife Kim Kardashian had been robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
It is unclear whether Ticketmaster will issue all audience members a full refund for the Nov. 3 show. Ticketmaster did not immediately respond to Global News’ request for comment.
The Saint Pablo tour is now on hiatus until Nov. 17 when he’s set to perform in San Jose.
