Fire investigators have determined a frightening Halloween night fire at a mobile home park in West Kelowna was likely caused by a candle burning inside a jack-o-lantern.

It was around 9 p.m. on Monday when neighbours at the Paradise Mobile Home Park on Boucherie Road noticed flames.

Two men jumped into action, breaking a rear window to free a woman who was inside the home.
