Ingredients for Lightzaighten

– 1 oz. Tanqueray 10 gin
– 1 oz. dry vermouth
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 1 oz. cucumber syrup and green tea syrup
– 2 dashes Bittered Sling Grapefruit and Hops

Method

1. Build all ingredients into cocktail shaker, add ice and shake
2. Double strain into chilled glass
3. Garnish with rosemary sprig

Ingredients for Peardemonium

– 2 oz. Bulleit bourbon
– 1 oz. pear puree
– 3/4 oz. ginger and green cardamom syrup
– 3/4 oz. lemon juice
– 2 oz. soda
– 2 dashes Bittered Sling Denman

Method

1. Build all ingredients (except soda) into cocktail shaker, add ice and shake
2. Pour soda over ice in tall glass, then strain rest of ingredients into glass
3. Garnish with dehydrated pear or pear fan
