Fire crews are investigating after a house in North Central caught fire Friday evening.
At around 6:10 p.m., crews were called to 1412 Garnet Street for reports of a fire.
According to Regina Fire, crews arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the main floor.
The fire was contained to the general area but there was slight damage to the neighbouring property as well.

A mother, father and their four children were in the house at the time, but all made it out safely.
Regina Fire says crews are working to find out the cause of the blaze.
