Howden, Kichton and Lipon must clear waivers before they can report to the Moose.

Meanwhile, Logan Stanley was shipped back to the OHL’s Windsor Spitfires. Winnipeg selected the defenceman 18th overall in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.

The second round of cuts trims the Jets’ training camp roster to 33 players.
