WINNIPEG — The night dedicated to celebrating contemporary art drew in over 10,000 people to the city streets at night.
Saturday’s all-night event had art installations set up in a number of areas around the city, including the exchange district, St. Boniface, and the Winnipeg Art Gallery.

Winnipeg Police Service said over 10,000 people attended the dawn to dusk art event. But, Constable Rob Carver with the Winnipeg Police Service said no major incidents occurred throughout the evening.
One of the main attractions was the Rainbow Trout Bike Jam. Hundreds took to their bicycles and and pedaled to music in the middle of the night.
Toronto also hosted its annual Nuit Blanche event Saturday evening.
