The District complained the trailers were parked illegally, contrary to zoning by-laws stipulating the property can only be used for single dwelling housing.

The court agreed and has issued an injunction ordering the owners to stop using the property as their private, permanent campground.

The District will follow up to ensure the five trailers and the wooden decks around them are removed.
