RCMP said they are investigating the attempted armed robbery of a Nobleford convenience store Monday afternoon.
Mounties said a man entered the Nobleford Food Market on King Street at around 12:30 p.m. with what appeared to be a weapon. Police provided few details but said the man was in the store for less than 30 seconds and called the incident an attempted robbery.

RCMP units were set up around the town to stop vehicles as they passed by while a Lethbridge Police K-9 unit was called in to try to track a scent of the suspect.
