WINNIPEG — The honeymoon isn’t over yet. Brian Pallister is ranked the second most popular premier in Canada, according to an Angus Reid poll.
The Progressive Conservative leader’s approval rating sits at 53 per cent, which is up seven points since May.
In April, the Tories won the Manitoba election, putting an end to Greg Selinger New Democrats, who were in power for 16 years.
