WINNIPEG — A media briefing scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday was abruptly cancelled just before 1:30 p.m.
A member of the Winnipeg Police Service is facing “multiple charges, however those charges have not yet been laid,” according to a news release. The officer is not being identified until the charges can be laid.
