Fire Crews have been battling a grassfire in Charleswood since Sunday afternoon.
As many as seven fire crews were fighting the fire since around 3:00 p.m. Sunday on Loudon Road, just west of Fort Whyte Alive. There are now four crews on scene as hot spots are being monitored. Monday’s light winds are being credited with getting the fire under control, said fire crews.
There are no reports of structural damage and the cause is under investigation.
