Fire at Edmonton seniors home sends 4 to hospital

Four people were taken to hospital Thursday night with unknown injuries when a fire broke out at a central Edmonton seniors home.

Several residents were forced out of the building as upwards of 40 firefighters worked to douse the blaze.

The fire was out by 2:14 a.m. Friday and the majority of residents have since returned home.

Two suites were damaged in the fire. The cause is under investigation.
