Four people charged after Regina police seize loaded shotgun and bear spray

Three men and one teen are facing weapons-related charges after police found a shotgun and bear spray Thursday afternoon.

At approximately 1:34 p.m. on Sept. 1, Regina police were called to the 3500 block of 5th Avenue for a report of a firearm.

When police arrived, four individuals were arrested. Police also found a loaded shotgun and a can of bear spray.

Zachariah Goforth, 23, is facing seven charges including possession of a wespon, possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition, possession of a firearm obtained by crime and careless use of a firearm.

Leland Robillard, 24, Jeremiah Stonechild, 25, and a 16-year-old boy have also been charged with possession of a weapon.

The 16-year-old cannot be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

All four appeared in provincial court Friday morning.
