Police said the driver of an eastbound vehicle on College collided into the rear of a vehicle, causing a chain reaction involving two other vehicles.

The driver of the first vehicle, a 23-year-old woman, and three children in the vehicle were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

She has been charged with driving without due care and attention and driving unaccompanied as a learner.
