Chris Brown’s alleged victim is speaking out following the Ayo singer’s arrest on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

On Tuesday, Brown was involved in a nine-hour standoff with the Los Angeles Police Department at his mansion after a woman called 911 claiming he had allegedly threatened her with a gun around 3 a.m.

Baylee Curran, former 2016 Miss California Regional, opened up to Extra about the ordeal and claims she has witnesses who can back up her story .

“Chris came in, pulled out his gun and said, ‘I’m getting so sick of you people,’ pointed the gun at me, [and told me] to get the f*** out of the house,” she alleges.

Curran also claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before leaving the house, but she refused and instead made a run for it.

“I fled down his driveway,” she alleges. “I went to the left side of the street, went up a couple houses, was running. That’s when the neighbours heard the commotion and saw me out there and then called the police, and that is when I then called the police.”

I had my friend with me, my girlfriend… she actually fled with me, went running down the street, was there when the cops came, saw the gun, saw the threats. I’m sure you can ask the jewellry man, he was there. I’m sure Chris’ friends wont vouch for me, of course.”

Curran insists that she’s not speaking out for publicity.

“I would say to Chris, be the good person that I know you are. He knows what he has done… I would say, just come out with the truth, because I’m sure it will come out one day anyway.”

The model also spoke in an interview with TMZ, saying that four other girls were allegedly kicked out of the house about an hour before her argument with Brown that night.

When Curran spoke with ABC News, she revealed she has been receiving a lot of hate mail from Brown’s fans writing her, “Kill yourself, you’re a snitch, you’re a snake.”
