Two men have been killed following a crash on Highway 41 near Wakaw, Sask.

At around 4:25 p.m. CT on Monday, police were called to a two-vehicle crash about two kilometres east of the Highway 2 junction.

RCMP said they arrived and found a truck in the north ditch.

An 82-year-old Biggar area man and a 64-year-old man, of the Sonningdale area, were declared dead at the scene. Their names have not been released.

The second vehicle involved was a 1993 Freightliner semi tractor pulling a trailer with non-dangerous goods.

Both lanes of Highway 41 were closed for several hours as collision reconstructionists conducted their investigation.

Wakaw RCMP do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
