Saskatoon’s Nashi rallies against human trafficking

An organization that works to bring attention to the issue of human trafficking held a walk in Saskatoon over the weekend.

Eugene Kucey is one of the founding members of Nashi and says he hopes to get the word out that trafficking is happening and that someone needs to take responsibility for it.

A handful of students, including 13-year-old Selena Rogalski, joined the group after learning about the prevalence of human trafficking in Canada at a youth conference.

Rogalski says it was a shock to learn that such things were happening in Canada.
