It’s been 10 years since Steve Irwin, a.k.a. The Crocodile Hunter, died after being stabbed in the chest by a stingray barb.
His widow, Terri Irwin, has revealed in an interview with The Australian Woman’s Weekly that she hasn’t gone on a single date since her former husband passed away.

“I haven’t been on a single date since Steve died,” said Terri, 52. “If I hadn’t met Steve, I probably would never have married because I wasn’t looking for love when I met him. What we had was incredible.”
The pair were married in 1992 and had two children together; daughter Bindi, 18, who won Season 21 of Dancing With the Stars, and son Robert, 12.

Bindi has followed in her father’s footsteps by helping to contribute to wildlife preservation and conservation. She donates 10 per cent of all her earnings to Wildlife Warriors, a charity founded by her family in 2002.
In October 2014, Irwin was awarded Young Conservationist of the Year by the Australian Geographic Society.
