The latest tourist attraction at China’s Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a glass-bottomed walkway along the Tianmen Mountain at a dizzying 1.4 kilometres above sea level.
The 1.6-metre-wide glass walkway replaced 100 metres of the Coiling Dragon Cliff skywalk, which is a topsy-turvy attraction with 99 road turns along the side of the mountain.

Some tourists reveled at the feeling of being suspended in the air when the walkway was opened to the public on Monday, while others clung to the side of the mountain.

This is the third glass-bottomed feature to be installed at this national park. The first glass-bottomed walkway was opened in 2011 and earlier this year, a glass suspension bridge was built above the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon.
