A large fire in Richmond has destroyed part of a nursery, and sent a thick plume of black smoke up into the air.
It happened at around 7:30 p.m. Saturday night at the TSC Nursery on the corner of Westminster Highway and Number Eight Road.

Crews managed to contain the fire and get it under control quickly.
It appears two buildings caught fire within the grounds – a greenhouse and a shed.
There were no injuries.
Fire investigators are now trying to determine the cause.
