NewLeaf’s initial launch was grounded by Ottawa in January, but it appears the turbulent start may be over.
On Tuesday, media received invitations to attend the airline’s official launch and board an inaugural flight.
Guests will be taking off from YLW to Winnipeg’s airport on Monday, July 25 and arrive back in Kelowna later in the afternoon.
From Kelowna, flyers will be able to travel to Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Hamilton.
