After a two-year hiatus, the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association (SRHBA) re-introduced the Parade of Homes on Thursday, with a record 24 homes from 12 builders.

From Aug. 8 to Oct. 2, people can visit the show homes in Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman and the RM of Corman Park.

The 14th edition of the parade includes homes at multiple price points. Options range from a one bedroom condominium in City Park to a five bedroom house in Kensington.

Association members asked the SRHBA to bring the Parade of homes back in 2016, according to SRHBA CEO Chris Guérette.

“They get a lot of traffic through, they get a lot of feedback, they get a lot of comments,” Guérette said.
