A Saskatoon taxi driver is under investigation after an alleged sexual assault.

Police say they received a report Friday at around 2 a.m. CT from a woman who stated she took a cab home.

When they arrived at her home, the woman said the driver convinced her to let him come into her home so she could pay the fare.

She then said the cab driver began to touch her inappropriately.

She was able to get the driver to leave her home and then contacted police.
