ParkPlus cell phone accounts do not have any administrative fees, therefore 100 per cent of funds added to an account are used to pay for parking.

ParkPlus has over 1000 zones in Calgary, with over 43,000 people registered to use a cell phone account.

In 2011, the CPA says 77 per cent of ParkPlus cell phone account holders called back, to get a refund of unused time. This resulted in $3.5 M credited back.
