How old is too old to drive?
Saskatchewan is one of the few provinces without any form of mandatory age-based driver’s license review or medical exam. For example, in B.C. or Ontario a doctor needs to clear you to drive once you reach 80-years-old.
Other provinces have tests or medical exams starting as early as 75.

As of now, SGI has no plans to add an age-based review for drivers. Instead, they point to regulations in place that encompasses all drivers.
The Driver Improvement Program monitors all driver’s road records, regardless of age. Depending on the amount and/or severity of ones traffic violations, different sanctions are applied.
