MONTREAL- Police are investigating after gunshots were fired in Montreal’s Ville-Marie borough early Monday morning.
Multiple 911 calls were made at 3:30 a.m. reporting possible gunshots fired on René-Lévesque Boulevard and Côte du Beaver Hall.

Officers scouring the area eventually found shell casings on the ground on Beaver Hall and Belmont Street.
A perimeter was established and forensic experts were called in to assist.
There were no reports of injury and police have no suspects.
The investigation continues.
