WINNIPEG — Firefighters were kept busy on Saturday night after they attended to a series of garage fires that have been termed “suspicious.”

According to United Firefighters of Winnipeg’s Twitter account, the fires occurred at 582 Harbison Ave, 687 Martin Ave, 347 Union Ave. The location at 255 Bannerman was also destroyed.

Four of the locations are within walking distance of each other, raising the possibility of fires being intentionally set.

Crews also battled a fire on the 300 block of Victor Avenue. Officials said no one was harmed in the fire.
