PARIS – The riverside Grand Palais exhibition hall in Paris is re-opening as floodwaters slowly recede from the French capital, though risks remain for other regions.

The Louvre Museum, some train stations and other sites remain closed Sunday after the worst floods in three decades caused the Seine River to burst its banks. The glass-topped Grand Palais reopens Sunday after closing Friday.
